The 2007 Pontiac GMC Canadian Championships are officially underway in Whistler. Men’s and Women’s Slalom races are on the schedule today.

The ROC and the Competition Jury originally announced scheduling changes yesterday due to weather conditions. The Slalom races were originally planned for March 28th.
Women’s Giant Slalom races have been tentative scheduled for Wednesday with further updates on schedule changes to be released daily. The rescheduling of downhill training, which was originally to begin on Monday, will be announced at a later date.
The Pontiac GMC Canadian Championships, featuring Canada’s current and future alpine racing stars competing for Canadian senior and junior titles, will continue through to March 28th.
