BC Alpine is promoting a grassroots effort to provide coaching education to BC’s FIS Athletes. This course can be used to enter the coaching stream soon or at some time in the future. It is also one of several components of the high school-based credits for coaching. BC Alpine is helping to subsidize the course which runs for 3 days at Whistler from July 27 to 29. The $50 course fee will also include lift tickets and other related costs. Accommodation is the responsibility of the athlete, though we are looking into the possibility of some inexpensive group accommodation.
