K1 Western Championships at Mt. Norquay – Meg Cumming of Apex Top Girl

K1 WESTERN CANADIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

Banff Mount Norquay, AB (Feb. 22, 2010) – Three days of racing action wrapped up Monday with the giant slalom races for 130 of western Canada’s best young athletes.

The individual overall results for the Championship were awarded with Meg Cumming of Apex Ski Club capturing top spot and Keegan Sharp (Panorama) leading the boys. 

Girls top three:
1. Meg Cumming BC – Apex 200 points
2. Emile Crowther AB – Pano 180
3. Haley McKercher AB – Sunshine 160

Boys top three:
1. Keegan Sharp AB – Pano 300 points
2. Parker Hutcheson AB – Banff 140
3. Aiden Mills AB – Banff 138
