The Spring AGM in Kamloops is only a couple of weeks away May 9-11, 2002 at the Coast Canadian Inn. BC Alpine has a block of rooms set aside with a May 1st release date. If you have not yet booked your accommodation, please call the Coast in Kamloops at (250) 372-5201.
Meeting Schedule:
Thursday May 9 – Coaches Meeting Day One.
Friday May 10 – Coaches Meeting Day Two.
Friday May 10 – BC Alpine Awards Dinner at Storms' Restaurant.
Saturday May 11 – Annual General Meeting.
Coaches meetings begin at 9:00 a.m. each day; registration at 8:30 a.m. AGM registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with the meeting at 8:30 a.m. Awards Dinner at Storms' is 6:30 p.m.
Approximate cost per day will be $20 which includes continental breakfast and lunch. The Awards Dinner at Storms' Friday May 10th is $22.00. See you in Kamloops!
