Whistler's Michael Janyk cracked the top-10 at the World Junior Championships in Tarvisio, Italy. Janyk clocked a time of 1:26.11 in the men's super-g Thursday.
The BC Ski Team's Manuel Osborne-Paradis finished in 38th place. In the women's super-g, Whistler's Christina Risler finished eleventh in 1:29.47. The women will compete in slalom and conclude the championships on Saturday in Ravascletto, Italy with the giant slalom.
