Alpine Ontario Alpin (AOA) the provincial sport organization for ski racing in Ontario seeks to fill the role of Technical Director.
The role of the Technical Director is both administrative and technical in nature and will encompass the development of athletes and coaches
from the grass roots to the “elite” level.
Applicants should have outstanding coaching expertise in the sport of alpine ski racing coupled with experience in creating long term
development models. The ideal candidate will be a progressive thinker who exudes outstanding leadership qualities. Effective organization,
time management and communication skills would be considered assets.
