A Sport Map Primer was held at the University College of the Cariboo (UCC) over the weekend. Pacific Sport's Carolynn Boomer and her crew put on another awesome workshop for athletes, coaches, and parents. These workshops focus on the principals and applications pertaining to sport and touch on mental conditioning, nutrition, physical preparation and much more. A great turnout as 28 Sun Peaks members were amoung the 120 in attendance.
