After three days of DH training, the women are ready. Christina Risler is one of six Canadians competing in Friday's World Cup DH in Lake Louise. Fernie's Emily Brydon ready for her first DH race in nearly two years is ecstatic to be back on snow, “I know I can do it, it's just a matter of time until all the pieces fall into the puzzle,” she said, “There's no other place in the world that I would rather start than here in Lake Louise. I'm done with my injury streak and I'm ready for a clean slate,” she said, after placing 42nd in the final training run Thursday. “Today's another day in my journey back to getting where I was when I left off. Things are getting better every day, and it's just baby steps as I work my way back.”
