Success at this level is seen as the cornerstone of growth and support for the rest of the organization. The CFSA is currently seeking a manager for the High Performance Program. This is a role that guides, manages and supports the work done by the discipline specific coaches. There are approximately 45 athletes in the High Performance Program (Aerials and Moguls, World Cup and Development teams) who are serviced directly by ten coaches and a team of volunteers in the Paramedical staff. The challenge for the Canadian Team and therefore, the high performance program, is to increase its international success in the long term. The CFSA is committed to ongoing competitive success.

The High Performance Program Manager is a full-time position reporting directly to the CEO and President of the CFSA.

Responsible for the key operating areas of human resource management (coach specific), volunteer management (Paramedical team), selection and other policy creation and maintenance, athlete selection, HPP financial management, preparation of specific funding proposals, program development and involvement with other staff members to ensure integrated, efficient programming.
