Ski and Snowboard enthusiasts are invited to come down to one of the listed dealerships where their skis or board will be serviced by a local ski club member/coach in exchange for a donation. Each Ski & Snowboard Wax Day is a fundraiser for the host club with 100 per cent of the proceeds going to the club. Representatives will be on hand to answer questions and provide information about local race programs and all sorts of fun activities, like test drives for Pontiac GMC cars and trucks as well as prizes and draws. Wax and supplies have been donated to all ski clubs by SWIX, TOKO, BRIKO, KUUSport, and TOOLS4BOARDS.
Salomon has also pitched in by providing a prize package valued at $250 for each event, and everyone who brings skis or a snowboard in for tuning is entered to win.
