Participants must be Level 2 Officials and have had experience in two of the following areas since completing their Level 2: Chief of Race, Chief of Course, Chief of Timing and Calculation, Chief of Gate Judges, Race Secretary.
The course fee is $30.00 and includes a new ICR.
