Canadian Alpine Ski Team member Christina Risler (Whistler Mountain Ski Club) was the leader in the first women's downhill training run of the CIBC Nor Am Cup races at Lake Louise.
Risler, who took part in the CIBC Lake Louise Winterstart World Cup downhill and Super G races on the same course last week, laid down the time to beat at one minute, 39.20
