BC Alpine's FIS B2B Development Program got underway this week at Sunshine Village, Alberta, with athletes and coaches benefiting from some welcome, though unexpected winter conditions in the middle of May!

“The skiing is great and the crew is doing very well”, said John Crichton, coach and program director for Sun Peaks Alpine Club. “They're getting lots of runs in, doing thousands of turns to work on technique. The women's National Team and the women's BC Team are here doing the same thing!”

The seven day training camp is the first of six on-snow camps scheduled for the B2B development group before the 04/05 race season begins. Accompanying Crichton, who is assisting with coaching at Sunshine, are B2B Coaching Excellence Manager, Glenn Thomsen and B2B Head Coach, Andrew Lambert.
