“Today we skied mostly with Wade Christie (Head Coach, Silver Star Racers) and Jordan Williams (FIS Head Coach, Whistler Mountain Ski Club) during our morning ski session. Each of us worked on specific aspects of our skiing. The snow was in the best condition it has been all week, so we took full advantage of it. Lots of progress was made in our second day of GS. After lunch Kayla and Ali went with Jordan down to Banff to do a workout consisting of a light recovery spin, stretching and core exercises. Lindsay spent the rest of the day with Wade free skiing, and enjoying the sun. As the camp winds down, the fatigue is setting in. We've had a great time and are grateful for the opportunity we have experienced. We ate our last dinner tonight here at Sunshine, listened to live music and enjoyed each other's company.”
