2007/08 BC Alpine Awards and Bursaries
DON’T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO NOMINATE! Deadline for nominations is Friday, April 11th. Here’s a perfect opportunity to recognize and reward the achievements and dedication of Athletes, Coaches, Officials and Volunteers in your area.
To read about the individual awards and bursaries available, as well as the criteria for nominating, please see Chapter 15 of the Green Book. Please note, the BC Alpine “awards selection committee” will only accept one application per gender from each club for each athlete award. Also, the "Get Up And Go" award will not be available this year – Mike and Manny are hosting a Ski Camp instead (http://bcalpine.com/news/article/?1400)
If you would like to suggest an award nomination, please get in touch with your club president. Nominations must be submitted via the Electronic Nomination Form found on the BC Alpine Website (under Communications/Awards). Winners will be announced on May 10th in Kelowna at the Spring General Meeting.
