Our training camp in Copper Mountain, Colorado has come to an end. The J1 BC Development Ski Team has spent the last two weeks training technical events in preparation for the upcoming season.
At 13, 000 ft we have made improvements not only with the technical aspects of skiing, but with dryland as well. We are now one step closer to being prepared, physically and mentally, for this race season.
After skiing everyday, we had dryland and then took turns cooking dinner. For some, this was our first time cooking on our own. We sure stepped out there! We finished off the night with homework, tuning and if there was time, maybe a round of pool at the E.D.G.E.
Colorado has been a great experience with beautiful conditions, weather and mountains. This camp definitely has everyone excited for this season.
