Thursday’s slalom races closed the 2009 Western K2 Gold Cup competition at Nakiska.
Broderick Thompson (WMSC) secured his third win in as many days while Kailee Darlington (WMSC) grabbed second spot in the slalom event. Fernie Alpine Ski Team’s Jamie Honsberger climbed onto the girl’s podium in third position.
