Re: BC School exams during Apex Speed Camp and GMC Races
It has come to our attention that the High School exams are scheduled for the week of January 25-29, 2010. These exam dates conflict with the GMC Apex speed events. In order to allow your athlete to compete at Apex we have been working with the Ministry of Education to have the exams be written a week early (January 18-22, 2010).
The exams can be written early either at your athletes home school if they are NOT attending the speed camp or if they will be attending the speed camp the athlete will have an opportunity to write their exams at Penticton High School during the evenings of January 18-22.
The link below takes you to the form that must be completed by the athlete in order to register for early exams. Your athletes will require the following information to complete the form:

Vice Principal’s Name
Vice Principal’s E-Mail

If you have any athlete attending the speed camp or the GMC Apex speed races and your athlete will be writing provincial exams it is imperative that you forward this email to your athletes immediately so they can follow the process to request writing their exams early.
