QUOTE from Sarah Freeman on her recent trip to the World Junior Championships in Switzerland:  "Being invited to compete at the FIS Junior World Ski Championships in Crans Montana was an amazing opportunity to see how the racing in Europe differs from that in Canada. I learned that we are right there skills-wise, but the girls in Europe really know how to do that little bit extra on race day. Since the competition is so tight and there are so many fast girls, you have to learn to push yourself to your absolute max in every run! If you don’t, you will find yourself being passed by 20 or more girls that where behind you. I’m really excited about the results I achieved and the things I learned that I am now trying to apply to my skiing. I feel like this trip really helped me take that next step to my ultimate goal of reaching the top. Thank you for this unforgettable experience of a lifetime."
