To All BC Alpine Clubs:
As you may already know, World Cup Supply, Inc. has signed on to supply SPM gates to the BC Alpine Provincial squad for the next three years. We are also the official gate supplier for all Alpine Canada Alpin teams and have contributed gates to the Whistler Cup for the last four years. Our commitment to providing Canadian clubs and teams with great equipment and dependable service is strong and we appreciate the business relationships we have established with many clubs within Canada.
Last year WCS offered a consolidated purchase program in which some BC Alpine clubs successfully participated. The purpose of the program is simple in that it leverages the combined on-hill equipment needs of multiple clubs to allow for better pricing. Because of the success of the program last year, this year the program will be offered in all the Provinces.
The mechanics are relatively simple:
- Visit the World Cup Supply web site: www.worldcupsupply.com
- Make a list of the items you are interested in purchasing (your wish list). The list should include: Item #, description and quantity. Also provide Club name and contact info on the list. A template has been provided with this email.
- Forward the list to me (Brad Williams) at bwilliams@worldcupsupply.com by 11/7/11
- We’ll assemble all of the lists, calculate the volume discount and provide you with a quote within 7 days after the deadline.
- Orders may then be placed by individual clubs directly with me (Brad Williams).
- Shipments for multiple clubs may be combined and that option will be discussed at the time orders is placed.
- As a non-resident importer into Canada we will handle payment of all duty and taxes on your behalf (these charges will be included on your invoice from WCS)
Anticipated savings will range from 5-15% off of full retail (sale pricing prevails if applicable). If you have any questions please call me directly. A copy of our fall 2011 sale listing is also attached for your reference.
