BC Alpine would like to know what kind of parent behaviours ensure children have good sport experiences.
The project considers the opinions of both the target athlete and his/her parents regarding sporting experiences. If possible, mothers and fathers should complete the parent survey, and all athletes aged 13-17 in a family should complete the athlete survey.
This research is being conducted by Alice Muirhead, as part of her Master's degree under the supervision of Dr. Shannon Wagner at the University of Northern British Columbia. The project has UNBC Research Ethics approval, and all participants are free to withdraw at any time.
