Summit Lake Ski Hill, perched above beautiful Summit Lake in Nakusp, BC, played host to West Kootenay club skiers and their families on Sunday, March 1, 2020. The Nancy Greene Ski League event welcomed 86 racers (U6 to U14) from Salmo, Whitewater, Red Mountain and Grandforks. Athletes were divided into 11 teams to challenge GS and slalom race courses. Thanks to a dedicated group of volunteers, parents and enthusiastic young competitors, everyone enjoyed an outstanding day of racing filled with fun, sunshine and perfect snow conditions.
