Founder and CEO Jan Voss is no stranger to the ski community in BC, as he and his family are passionate skiers and have been involved in ski racing on every level, from athlete to volunteer to club executive to official to coach! 
Creative Transportation Solutions Ltd. (CTS) with offices in both Metro Vancouver and the Okanagan, is one of the most highly respected traffic engineering firms in Western Canada, with over 25 employees and a solid reputation for quality and innovative transportation consulting services. The firm was established in March 1993 to provide traffic engineering, transportation planning and data collection consulting services to the public and private sectors. The main goal of CTS is to develop consistently comprehensive, effective and forward-looking transportation solutions for its clients.
CTS has been an industry leader in traffic engineering and operations since its founding. Conducting intersection assessments and corridor studies, undertaking road safety assessments, developing work zone traffic control plans, preparing access management plans and conducting peer reviews, are just some of the many types of traffic engineering studies that CTS is regularly retained to undertake. As well, they are regularly retained to conduct signal coordination studies for Metro Vancouver municipalities and have successfully developed over 1,000 signal timing plans that have been implemented throughout the region to-date.
