EL Academies are professional development sessions for coaches working in Entry Level and K1 programs. This practical on hill day focuses on course setting, ski technique and tactics and strategy for skill progression and improvement for E1, E2 and K1 racers. The Academies are delivered by Leslie Clarke, Sport Development Director for BC Alpine and are free of charge and each coach receives 2 credits towards their Canadian Ski Coaches Federation License.
