BC Alpine's website will be expecting a temporary outage on Friday, December 17th starting around 11:00 PM PST. While we will make every effort to minimize the network outage, we anticipate a downtime of approximately 5 hours. During this outage all BC Alpine email accounts and web sites will be inaccessible. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Competitor card registration deadline is Dec 1. This includes registration for all competitor card holding athletes (K1, K2, J1, J2). All competitors must first be registered using the BC Alpine Club Registration System, and after each competitor must have an ACA registration form filled out, and shipped to the BC Alpine Office with ORIGINAL SIGNATURES for insurance purposes (no photocopies of faxes accepted). Note that there are no pre-printed registration forms shipped this year. The ACA registration form can be downloaded from our forms and files section of the website or by the link below. We will be creating the Contacts section of our yearly publication, the BC Alpine Green Book early next week (Sept 13th). This data is created using the contact details that are managed via your club in the BC Alpine Online Club Registration System, so make sure that you update it this weekend! We ask that all clubs review their contacts listed on the BC Alpine Website (Under Contacts / Club Contacts) and ensure that your club's information includes all the current names, addresses and contact numbers. We get about 1100 hits per month to the club information on our site and if your information is incorrect, potential new skiers may be lost!
The 2004-05 Canada West Ski Areas Association All Areas Passes are about to arrive, and this year, there are more FIS athletes in the province than usual. This means there will be strict access to the limited number of these passes.

FIS registration paperwork is due in to the BC Alpine office by the 20th of July. This means that all the required paperwork should be in to your club very soon, as they will require time to verify the information and add it to their own records before mailing it to BC Alpine.
